Diamond Earrings

Diamond earrings are generally not examined as closely as other jewelry items which make use of this gemstone. Bracelets and rings generally get more attention. Bracelets often make use of multiple stones, however. This means that individual diamond quality does not get as much attention.

Significantly less attention is given to diamond earrings or bracelets than is to diamond rings. This is particularly true due to the meaning given to a ring. They often serve as symbols of love and commitment, to be shared along with tales of romance.

Because diamond earrings receive less attention than diamond rings, different attributes should be under and over emphasized. Clarity and color are of less significance. However, carat size and cut are of more significance. This is because both aid in making these gemstones sparkle and shine more.
