Wholesale Diamond Ring
A wholesale diamond ring is one bought from a manufacturer.
It will be bought in bulk at a significantly lower price than that at
which it will be sold. It is important to know that these prices are
only available for retailers.
A seller that advertises a wholesale diamond ring price available to
the public is doing so illegally. It violates the Lanham Act as well
as Federal Trade Commission guidelines. No company would sell diamonds
at the price at which they were purchased as it would eliminate their
ability to make profit.
The only time a single wholesale diamond ring may be purchased by a
consumer is if the product has been stolen. Obviously, this is true
of items advertised as holding below wholesale prices. In general, someone
who advertises their jewelry as such is not a professional and should
probably not be trusted as a result.
